Troubleshooting

Search Returns No Businesses • Verify the location is spelled correctly and is a real city/area • Try broadening your search query — use generic terms instead of very specific ones • Check that filters aren't too restrictive (e.g., rating range, review count) • Make sure your plan hasn't reached its discovery limit

Saved Leads Won't Load • Check your internet connection • Refresh the page • If the error message shows a specific error, contact support with that message

Analysis Failed • Ensure the lead has a valid website listed • The analysis provider may be temporarily unavailable — try again later • Check that you have remaining analysis credits on your plan

Filter Returns Nothing • Clear all active filters and try again with fewer filters • Check that the category spelling is correct — fuzzy matching handles common variations • Remember that filters use AND logic — all active filters must match

Lead Not Appearing in Search • The business may not be available in our data sources • Data may not be available for that specific business in your location • Try different search terms to find the same business
