How It Works 1. Select a saved lead from the sidebar list 2. Click "Generate Outreach" to create personalized messages 3. Messages are generated for each channel: Email, WhatsApp, and Follow-Up
Message Channels • Email Outreach — A professional email introducing your services, referencing the business's specific weaknesses and opportunities • WhatsApp Message — A shorter, more conversational version suitable for WhatsApp • Follow-Up Message — A gentle reminder to send after a few days of no reply
Message Actions • Copy — Copy the message text to your clipboard • Regenerate — Generate a new version of the same message • Edit — Modify the message text (opens the message for editing)
Tone Selection Choose from Professional, Casual, or Direct to adjust the message style.
AI Context Each message is generated using the AI Analysis results as context, including the business's primary weakness, estimated deal value, and best service match.
Version History Each time you regenerate a message, a new version is created. You can view previous versions in the version history panel.
