Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about using Clinqu.

How do I save a lead? In Lead Finder, expand a business card and click "Save to Pipeline". You can also select multiple leads using checkboxes and click "Save selected".

Why can't I analyze this business? AI Analysis requires the business to be saved as a lead first. Save the lead from Lead Finder, then navigate to the lead's detail page or use Saved Leads to run an audit.

How do filters work? Filters in Saved Leads use logical AND — every filter must match for a lead to appear. Category filters use fuzzy matching: "Restaurant" matches any category containing the word "Restaurant" (e.g., "Pizza Restaurant", "Chinese Restaurant").

Why isn't this business appearing? Possible reasons: the business isn't available in our data sources, the search query was too specific, the location was too narrow, or filters excluded it. Try broadening your search query and location.

What happens when I move a lead? When you drag a card to a new column in Kanban view, the pipeline status updates immediately (optimistic update). If the server save succeeds, the change persists. If it fails, the card returns to its original position.

How is the opportunity score calculated? The score is calculated by AI Analysis based on factors including business weaknesses, website quality, review count, social presence, and match with your services. Scores range from 0–100.

Can I export my leads? Lead export is available through the pipeline data. Leads can be accessed via the API for integration with external tools.

How do I invite team members? Go to Settings to invite team members by email. They will receive an invitation to join your agency workspace.

What counts toward my usage limit? Each search in Lead Finder consumes discovery credits equal to the number of businesses returned. Each AI Analysis run consumes one analysis credit.

What's the difference between Standard and Deep search? Standard search runs a single query. It's fast and efficient but may favor popular businesses with many reviews. Deep Search fetches up to the maximum raw listing cap, finding more small and low-review businesses at a higher cost.

What are the beta limits? During Closed Beta, users get 10 Lead Discoveries and 8 AI Analyses. When you reach the limit, a feedback modal appears instead of upgrade prompts.
