Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (Terms) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Clinqu regarding your access to and use of the Clinqu platform. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the platform.

Eligibility

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of such information and for updating it as required.

Access to Clinqu is currently limited to our Closed Beta program. Beta access is granted at our discretion and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for your account and all activities that occur under it. You agree to:

  • Maintain password security — Keep your password confidential and do not share it with others.
  • Email verification — Verify your email address during signup to activate your account.
  • Account sharing — Not share your account credentials with third parties. Each user should maintain their own account.
  • Notify of unauthorized use — Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Clinqu to:

  • Abuse, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent rate limits on our APIs
  • Scrape or extract data from the platform in violation of our terms
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the platform
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any portion of the platform or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation
  • Collect or harvest information about other users without their consent

Beta Disclaimer

Clinqu is currently in Closed Beta. This means:

  • Incomplete features — Some features may be incomplete or unavailable.
  • Potential bugs — The platform may contain bugs or errors that could affect functionality.
  • Changing functionality — Features may change, be removed, or modified based on feedback.
  • No guarantees — We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.
  • Limited availability — Access is provided on a limited basis as part of the beta testing program.

Your feedback during this period helps us improve the platform. Features described in marketing materials or documentation may not all be available at this time.

Intellectual Property

The Clinqu platform, including its design, software, documentation, and content, is owned by Clinqu and protected by intellectual property laws.

All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the platform are the property of Clinqu or their respective owners. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or display any portion of the platform without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clinqu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.

Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you have:

  • Violated these Terms or our reasonable policies
  • Engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity
  • Abused or misused the platform in any way
  • Interfered with the security or integrity of the platform

We will attempt to provide notice before suspending an account, except where prohibited by law or where immediate action is required.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately.

We may also terminate or suspend your account for any reason, with or without notice, at our sole discretion. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will terminate.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction, as appropriate under applicable law.
